Dr Visvaldis Briedis

Education: Faculty of physics and mathematics in University of Latvia; Dr.oec. degree - in 1984, Leningrad (St.-Peterbourg)in field of management. Main interests - applications of mathematics in social and economical problems. Author of original pattern for sesonality modeling and forecasting. In 2004 - discovery of Harmonic Pareto structure, leading to idea about Harmonic or Natural Inequality. First announcement about it was on International scientific conference in Moscow (may,2004). Last year the author was expanding research, giving the basis for a new paradigma in the general problem of inequality - model adequacy (validity), he explains the possibility of correct interpretation of two very popular tools -Lorenz curve and Gini coefficient with deeper analysis of the level of inequality.
