Dr. Ronald McKinley has over 25 years of experience in the field of human resources. Before joining Cincinnati Children’s, he was a senior business consultant and led human resources management consulting practice at Williams and Company Consulting, Inc., a business advisory firm in Kansas City, Missouri. Other previous positions included vice president of human resources for APAC TeleServices, Inc., the third largest provider of outsourced customer service and sales in the U.S., and vice president of human resources for Long John Silver’s, Inc. McKinley has a doctorate (Ph.D.) in administration and management and a master’s in business administration (M.B.A.).
