Imprisonment is punishment. Imprisonment is also incapacitation which aims to prevent the further offending. Investing in the successful reintegration of ex-offenders is the smart thing to do. If we are able to offer the comprehensive projects within and outside of prisons, we can prevent them from reentry. Just we have to solve the following questions: “Can we do that?” and “How can we do that?” The paper aims to prove that intervention is a way-out for us to prevent the offenders back to the court again and again.
